Bluetooth disable after boot into Windows

Hello,

I have a NUC5i3RYH with BT included in the motherboard.
And Sierra installed.

Everything works except BT.
If I unplug my NUC from power and then start it into Sierra the BT works. I can restart Sierra many times and it works well.
Neverthless, if I boot into Windows and then boot into Sierra, then the BT is disable. The only way to solve the problem is to unplug the NUC from power and then restart.

Is somenone have an idea? I can post config files or other if needed.
