Rosewill RNX-AC1900PCIE WiFi adapter problem in Sierra 10.12.4

Hi guys, I recently installed 10.12.4 on my ASRock Z97 Extreme6 and everything works except for WiFi. I have the Rosewill RNX-AC1900PCIE, it is detected in the system report as well as in the system preference pane. But I cannot turn it on and every time I click "Turn WiFi on" nothing happens. Please help me fix this problem and please let me know what you need from me! P.S. I do have internet connection through Ethernet.
