[Solved] Wi-Fi packets not going out

I had this solved by trial-and-error and I'd like to share the experience.

This is the spec of my CustoMac
Intel Core i5 6500
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H
Samsung EVO 850 SSD to boot macOS
SanDisk SDSSDA240G to boot Windows 10
ASUS STRIX GTX960
