Intel PRO 1000 GT not working El Capitan

It works good under linux.
Tried SmallTree driver kext and AtherosE1000 with rebuild cache under El Capitan 10.11.6. My pci Intel Ethernet

• 8086:107c 82541PI Gigabit Ethernet Controller

card not working, no device, no connection, kextstat | grep Small shows nothing. Please help!

maybe you could help or just advise which card I need buy that will work 100% in OS X El Cap on my systema(my board don't have pciExp only PCI32)
