Ethernet - Asus Z170i Pro Gaming

I have followed some tutorials on the forum, even one has sightly worked for me (this one).
The reason I am opening this post is because I want to make a fresh install of Sierra with my own config.plist, not using the one on the link. If I don't use it I end not being able to install any kext for using ethernet.
