Wifi & Bluetooth - Z270F - Sierra

Hi everyone. I have managed to install Sierra on my new build, however integrated WiFi and Bluetooth not discovered my the OS.

Is there a way to make them work or should I be looking for external adaptors?

I am new on this so my apologies if this was asked before!
