Today I bought a TP Link TL-WN725N usb wifi dongle and I installed the drivers from the TP Link website. It worked perfectly with my home connection, but when I took my laptop to University it could not connect to my University's wifi. I searched around and it seems a few users of this card have had a problem with connecting to public wifi with no solution yet available, so I am going to return it.
