Intel Giga PHY Intel® I219V doesn't work anymore after 10.13.2 update

Just installed the 10.13.2 update and my ethernet is no longer recognized %(&*%##!! "Wack-A-Mole!"
Still no Intel 8265 WIFI or Bluetooth... bluetooth actually started to work for a little while (for no unknown reason) in 10.13.1?
My RX Vega 64 card is working better... screen saver started to work again without crashing.
hardware: ASROCK Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming - ITX/ac, Intel 8700K, 32gb DDR4.

Can anyone give me some help?
