I've run into a curious issue recently: Whenever I boot MacOS the first time after I had previously booted into Windows, my Bluetooth disappears. I've got a BCM94360CD card on a Mini-PCIe adapter, and it works perfectly fine otherwise - BT and Wifi work in both MacOS (10.13.2) and Windows 10, BT even works in BIOS and Clover.
