Dlink DWA 525 PCI wifi card not detected on Sierra

I am a newbie here
My Desktop config:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97 D3H
Processor: Intel i5(4690K)
RAM: 16GB Corsair DDR3
Wifi: Dlink DWA525 PCI based

Multibeast tried version : 9.0.1

My problem is card is not detected and therefore no wifi.
In System Report >PCI > This computer doesn't contain any PCI card or devices.

What should I do? searched google but didnt found any solution
