Wifi drops when I take phone calls on my phone...

Hello Everyone, I have a weird problem.

My machine wifi stops working when I take a phone call on my iPhone... I have to turn off and on my wifi connection from the menu bar to restablish the connection.

I have handoff disabled and and disabled also the FaceTime phone calls on the desktop... but the issue remains.

I had this problem with Sierra and now High Sierra.

Any idea how to solve it? Thanks!
