Problems with WiFi card

Hi!

I have a Fenvi FV-919 card. Sometimes when I boot the computer it give a problem back (see picture), once I reboot it several times it gives me access to the desktop and I can use my computer normal.

Is there any solution?

PS: Is the build 2 on my description.
