Ethernet i219V2 problem - not working

Hello to everyone,

I have OSX Sierra 10.12.5 installed on my hackintosh. After the installation of OSX the ethernet port worked fine but after several months the ethernet port result greyed and "not active".
Moreover on DPCI Manager I can see the ethernet card. What can I do now ?

Asus Z170 Pro gaming
Intel i5 6600
Nvidia 1050Ti
