USB Wifi TP-Link N150 works on High Sierra

I have ASUS Sabertooth X58 motherboard and the builtin network card does not work. So after reading through the forums here, I purchased TP-Link N150 v2 on amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008IFXQFU/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

I downloaded the drivers from http://www.tp-link.com/us/download/TL-WN725N.html

it works fine and I didn't have to do anything special.
