Network probs when hak connected

This is such a frustrating issue. When my hak is connected to my home network via Ethernet or WiFi, the network speeds for other clients drops to almost nothing. My WiFi card is native to macOS, and I am using the intelmausiethernet kext for the Intel nic. If I boot it into windows, the problem is gone. I have made no changes to my network settings on the hak. Any help will be appreciated.

I’m on macOS 10.13.4 High Sierra.
