Have working Wifi with USB in High Sierra but still no location

So I was able to find a driver that worked with macOS 10.13.6 with my USB Wifi Dongle.

Is there something else I need to do to make sure location services are working? Maps, Weather and native apps don't seem to be pulling location data.
