Asrock Z370M-ITX/ac only works with SmallTree-Intel kext

For my understanding, there shouldn't be any problem using the more common (which I prefer, better support in my experience), IntelMausi kext from RehabMan/Multibeast and I have this issue for a while now (since I've built the machine) without much luck.

I've removed all related kexts (perhaps forgot something?) and installed IntelMausiEthernet.kext (From RehabMan) to /Library/Extensions, network connection was not detected, I removed the kext (restart) and tried via MB, still the same...
