[SOLVED] Gigabyte GA-Z720P-D3 on board Lan only 100mbit/s

HI, newbie so apologies in advance.
Installed my first Hackintosh (Unibeast/multibeast) and installed the Realtek RTL8111.kext. I get 10/100mbit but not gigabit. My connection is definitely gigabit as I tested it with my MacBook Pro.

I tried to install all the Realtek drivers under multibeast with same result.

Can anyone advise? I attach my debug logs.
