macOS Sierra Wi-fi Issues

Hey everyone so I recently built my system again everything seems to work fine however I ran into 2 issues. First is the USB 3 ports on the front of case aren't connecting or being recognized. It seems also that some of my programs that would normally connection the internet via wifi are not able to "connect" I have no clue what is happening with that and some of them I really need to connect otherwise I can't use them.
