BCM94352Z Wifi works, but slow and BT not working

I bought Dell 1560 (BCM94352z) after researching this forum and its compatibility.

Since my motherboard (Gigabyte Ultra Gaming Wifi) does not have mini pci-e, I also bought mini pci-e to pci-e adapter and installed the card in PCI-E 1x slot.
