WIFI disconnects after couple hours

Hello,


I've recently installed High Sierra on my PC. Everything works smoothly but there is one problem with my WIFI.
My PC was running 12 hours and I got disconnected 2 or 3 times since then.

I don't know why it's happening but when it gets disconnected there is no possibility to connect again, only restarting PC helps.

Drivers: TP-LINK WN881ND and I'm using IO80211Family.kext
