Mojave + Z170n = Wifi No LAN on either ports?

I cannot seem to get any of the LAN ports running on this setup ( in Sig )

I have tried I think all of the options in the Mojave version of Multibeast, but I am not having any luck.

I have been messing about with Kexts too, but in honesty, I am utterly ignorant.

Can anyone point me to where I need to go, to get the info I need to resolve this?
