[SOLVED] Intel i218-v self assigned ip

Hi all, i have a dual boot system ( el capitan 10.11.16 and windows 10 in separate drives ), all work without a problem, the only issue i have is with the ethernet card, after a reboot in windows, osx take a self assigned ip 169.254... and the only way to resolve is to uninstall the kext i use ( Intelmausiethernet from multibeast ) and reinstall it.
My bootloader is clover in uefi mode, is there any chanche to resolve?
