AR9280 wifi works but can't find any available network

Hi there. I'm having some troubles with the AR9280. Last night this wifi works very well, but this morning, I turn on and can't find any available network. I look over the system report and the locale is unknown.
I tried replace hex but it didnt work. Anyone has solution? Help me. I'm so noob
