The app store on my computer isn't working, because it's saying, "Your device or computer could not be verfied. Contact support for assistance" I've seen many guides online, but they assume that I'm using ethernet, how do I fix it if I'm using wifi. I have their recommended TP Link adapter, and I can't download anything from the App Store. Also, FYI, "Ethernet" isn't a choice in my network and I cannot add it, presumably because I only use wifi.
