Sierra, inconsistent internet speed & high packet loss

I have i5 3570k (With working OC @4.4Ghz) , AsRock z77 Pro 3 and everything is working fine except for my ethernet. Download speed varies a lot, sometimes is slow and sometimes is as it should be, but most of the time I get some many packet losses and whenever I begin downloading a file, my ping raises up to 100ms. Tried multiple things, like other kexts, resetting the preferences in settings, etc... I'm using the following kexts :
-AppleHDA
-AppleIntelE1000e
-AtherosE2200Ethernet
-FakeSMC...
