[SUCCESS] Tenda W311U+ WIFI USB Adapter (RT2870/RT3070 chipset) for El Capitan

First you need download this:
1) BearExtender 5.4 for BearExtender 1200/Mini/Original (link: http://store.bearextender.com/pages/regarding-yosemite-compatiblity)
2) RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext (here attachment)

First install BearExtender 5.4 (follow use their instruction: 1. Remove workaround first, 2. Remove old files, 3. Install 5.4) then DONT RESTART YET. then run EasyKext Utility and drag RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext to it. then do Restart it. Now it works! =)
